Unlike traditional car washes, we bring all necessary equipment, water, and power with us. This provides the convenience of a professional service without you having to leave your location.
What areas do you service?
Cobra Clean Detailing currently serves Las Vegas and surrounding areas including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Spring Valley. If you're uncertain whether we service your location, please contact us, and we'll be happy to confirm.
Do I need to be present during the service?
It's not required that you be present during the entire service, but we do need access to your vehicle or home exterior. Many clients provide us with access and then go about their day. We'll need the keys if the interior is being detailed or if the vehicle needs to be moved. For home services, we'll need access to exterior water sources.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle), and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service. For certain premium services or large jobs, we may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Are your products safe for my children and pets?
Yes, we prioritize the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic products whenever possible. While we recommend keeping pets and children away from the immediate work area during service, our products are selected to be safe for both your family and the environment once dry. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

What is ceramic coating and why should I consider it?

Yes, we typically need access to an outdoor water spigot for our home services. The water spigot should have standard hose threading and be in working condition. If water access is challenging at your property, please let us know when booking so we can discuss alternative solutions.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants and pets?
We use environmentally responsible cleaning solutions whenever possible. However, we still recommend taking these precautions:
- Wet down plants and grass near the cleaning area before we begin
- Keep pets indoors during the cleaning process
- Rinse any plants that may have been exposed to cleaning solutions after we complete the job

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment: No fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 25% of the service fee may apply
- No-shows without notice: 25% of the service fee may apply
For premium services that require significant preparation (like ceramic coatings), we require a deposit that may be partially non-refundable with short-notice cancellations.
If we need to reschedule due to severe weather, there will be no fee.
